How to Water Indoor Plants
Over-watering is the #1 cause of plant death. Learning when and how to water your indoor plants correctly can make a huge difference in their health and longevity.
Key Tips
Use the 'finger dip' test: push your finger 1 inch into soil — water only if dry.
Water slowly until it drains from the bottom hole.
Empty the saucer after 30 minutes to prevent root rot.
Water less in winter — most plants go dormant and need less moisture.
